This luncheon was suppose to follow the optional Campus Tour. The tour had to be cancelled because of construction taking place at the campus but the luncheon went on.
We are having the event at Angelina's Spaghetti House in Stockton.
Since the restaurant does not open until 4:00 PM on Saturdays we will have the banquet room and the whole restaurant to ourselves from Noon until 3:00 PM.
Isidore and Richard waiting for the doors to open

This is a "pay as you enter" event so here is the collection table.
Don and Jesse
There are 64 people eating today and a couple of people dropped in for a few minutes before heading off for another engagement that they had to attend.
The two choices are a French Dip sandwich and fries or the Pasta Buffet.
Joe and Joe at the Pasta Buffet
Everyone is now eating
Some have finished eating
I do not know what this is all about
Interestingly enough the "Open Mike" without a microphone brought out a surprising number of speakers.
Here Tom relates something from his Edison memories
Bob spoke in his dry, witty manner and was quite entertaining as he recalled his high school days
Mary was her bubbly self as she recounted some things from the past
Dorene also has a few tall tales to tell
Gloria recalled her days at Edison
Carolyn spoke about a number of things too. She is a 1962 grad but her husband Gordon is a 1961 graduate.
Alfred got up to remember some things from those old Edison days
Beverly recalls memories going back to grade school even
And Pat was our final impromptu speaker
We almost used the room for the entire 3 hours as the last of the group did not leave until almost 3:00 PM.
